The next release of my Cordobo Green Park theme for WordPress will come with some improvements. Apart from the default lime green you can choose your favorite color scheme on the new options page, e.g. red, blue, gray and orange as well as your preferred language.

Feel free to comment either in English, German or Spanish on the current release 0.92 Beta 10.

    WordPress Widgets ready.

I don’t see an option to add Widgets :( In a previous version (beta 6 I think) I had the Widgets option on the theme selection page.

    Hello Edwin,

the theme definitely supports widgets ;) Did you deactivate by accident the widgets in your plugins options?

    Best regards,

    Andreas

Hi Andreas – I love cordobo! I have altered the colors for my own liking (I’ve listed my testsite as the link). I’d like to know two things I can not figure out (and they seem so simple):
    1. which code changes the titles in the sidebar buttons (I want the font smaller)?
    2. You’ve got code for removing borders from pics and I’d like to have borders in my main content (except around smilies) and I can’t seem to make the css respond to everything I’ve tried. Since this is not my css originally, can you help me out there as well.

    OH, and Happy New Year!

Happy New Year! Love your theme, it has been very easy to get around in and learn from. I was wanting to upgrade to your latest released version and I’m not sure how to do it. Any help would be great. Thanks!

    Hi Andreas,
Fell in love with your theme immediately. Just one problem I’m having: images are not appearing on posts after doing the normal upload and “send to editor” function. Oddly enough, they show up on any other theme I change the blog to. Any ideas? Web site is balancemybrain.net.

    Thank you very much.
    Best regards,
    Damian

    Hi Andreas,
Referring to my previous post, it appears that the problem is using align=”left’ inside the image tag. Not using align=”left” shows the image. BUT, I want to be able to align most images on the left. What can I do?

    Thanks again,
    Damian

    Hey,

Thxs a lot for your very nice and professional design !! Some little questions, is it possible to make an H2 tag of each new post title and is there any language support or plugin for the dutch language ?

    Thxs a lot!

    Hi community,
Can anyone help me with my problem above (images disappear from my blog using this theme whenever I use the align=”left” element). I’ve tried everything I can think of. URL is balancemybrain.net. Thank you very much for your help!

    Best regards,
    Damian

  10. Cordobo says:

    Hi Damian,

try to remove the whole css-class “.main p img” from the stylesheet located in
    cordobo_green_park_09/styles/green/style.css

As I’ve seen that all your pics are align = left you can uncomment the part in the class by removing the the lines

“/** If you want the images autoalign on the left side, uncomment this line” and “**/”

The problem is caused by an “bug” in Internet Explorer and I havn’t found a work-around yet. Which version of IE do you use?

    @ dave:

Each new title is within h2 tags and the new language support hasn’t been integrated yet.

Best regards to both of you,

    Andreas
