Actually, there is no “complete” psd file for the theme. You only need a logo (the size is free to choose) with a transparent background (use #fff as basecolor)
another suggestion is that you can send to testers the updated theme regularly, say… every other day, given the fact you are changing the theme everytime I dropped by.
oh yes, if possible, can include the psd files for the header images? It will provide with us some customisation while you can work on the header functions.
