This is just a short announcement. The pre-release of Green Park 2 Beta 6 is available for download, the “final” Beta is due in a few days.
The improvements include built-in Twitter support, seamless integration of Disqus comments, 40% fewer http requests, up to 50% faster page rendering compared to Beta 5 and a total of 16 supported languages.
The current Beta 6 is not supported and not recommended for production use. Please check the complete Changelog of Green Park 2 Beta 6 Pre before you get your copy from the local mirror. Don’t forget to leave your feedback in the comments!

I’m starting a new blog and I’m happy I found THE theme to use. Great work, really professional – thank you. Here is a piece of advice/request (if the author is interested) – easier ad integration. The sidebar is great for a 336×280 square, the 468×60 below posts is ok, but I spent a lot of time putting another 468×60 slot in the header :(

I like this theme,but it’s not suitable for widescreen ，I fund this theme in hyzgame.org.cn/ and blogger modified the css ，but it‘s not perfect，can you modify a widescreen one？

I’m having a couple small difficulties in the admin. I cannot see other available themes in the appearance menu. Also cannot see the contents of the toolbar when i edit or add new posts. I was hoping for a little help

this is related to a bug in WordPress, it might happen if you have a lot of themes in your themes folder. Empty your browsers cache, try another Browser and OS (this happens mostly on OS X for some reasons…), try to rename the folder on your server to “cgp2” instead of “cordobo-green-park-2”.

Hi Andreas, just a quick question. in IE the navigation text color appears in black whereas in firefox is white. any hints on how to make the ie white too? Thanks. Jose
IE6/7/8 do not support CSS3, so what you see in this browsers is a fallback.
hmmm. any chance to reformulate or reformat into css2 mantaining design greatness to a reasonable level? tx
The fallback in IE6/7/8 is not new for Beta 6, it was introduced with Alpha 5 or 6.

I have a question concerning Beta 5.
After installing WP.com stats and stats helper the size of all the links and texts in the right column decreased in size to something almost not readable. How do I change the size of the fonts and links back to normal?

Will it be possible by Cordobo Green Park 2 Beta 6, to change Font Family (for example: Verdana) and Font Size ( 12 or 14 or 16) by Admin Panel only by a button, for all Posts, include those already published?
As an alternative, How can I make this modifications?

no, it won’t be possible. But you can do this by editing the stylesheet styles.css.
Open the file and search for the body tag where the font-families are defined:
font: 101%/1.5 "Helvetica Neue", …AddVerdana, in front of “Helvetica Neue”.
Then search for “entry p” and replace “font-size: 12px;” with your desired font size.
Save the file and upload it to your webspace. That’s it.

hello.. i’ve downloaded and use green park2 beta 5 for my website. how can i edit the script so that the distance between the post to be shorten? its too long the distance from first post to another post under the same page title.. thank you.
